• Schedule student's medical appointments.
• Review consult forms and refer to consulting physician for further care.

Documents completed assessment/screening immediately in student's record.
• Transcribes physical orders using Doctor Order Sheet in order to make available information from the physician to other pertinent staff. Transcription of orders should be accurate using approved abbreviations. Transcriptions are completed on same day of order and in accordance with program directives.
• Serves on the designated committees as assigned by Clinical Director or Executive Director.
• Other reasonably related business duties as assigned by supervisor, the Clinical Director, Executive Director, or Health Authority.

The Bus Monitor for Head Start is responsible to the Transportation Manager for the safety and well-being of each child while on the bus and transitioning into the school in accordance with state standards and agency policies. Recruits eligible Head Start and Early Head Start children.

• Ensure all children remain seated during the entire trip, not under the seats or standing in the aisle.

Spanish Translator (ST) works under the direction of the Executive Director
The ST meets with the Executive Director one-on-one monthly to discuss specific goals and objectives, special projects, translator’s specific tasks, progress, and concerns. The ST meets monthly with the Program Team and Agency Team to discuss overall agency/program operations, goals and objectives, progress, and concerns.

The ST is required to complete training on Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect. Staff
Development will also include approved and/or recommended departmental training as needed.

FANGINEERS serve as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. Meat Cutters are responsible for assisting with the managing of department inventory, in-stock levels, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes to company standards. They must follow the company sales and production planning standards. They will assist in planning, ordering, preparing cutting lists, and processing meat according to the production tools and standards to maximize sales and gross profit. Meat Cutters will assist with the training of new department associates and will ensure correct cutting methods, ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays. Meat Cutters will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times by answering questions about products and helping shoppers find items in the store.

• Greets all guests immediately they come in and when going.
• Thank the guests and invite them to return.
• Seat guests appropriately and present them with the menu.
• Arrange guest seats in rotation among servers in order to ensure that they are given equal number of tables.
• Update the floor chart regularly throughout the shift.
